Withdrwal Policy : You can withdraw the money post winning the game and that will be credited in 7-10 working days to the original payment method

Eligibility:

1. Refunds/Cancellations: Granted for verifiable technical issues, undelivered services, and accidental purchases reported within 24 hours.
2. Non-Eligibility: Not available for change of mind, services already rendered, or partially used services.

Timelines:

1. Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
2. Credited: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

1. Review: Our team will respond within 3-5 business days.
2. Exceptions: Certain non-refundable services and promotional offers may have different terms.

Games Cancellation Settlement Policy

In the event that a rummy game is cancelled due to technical issues or unfair play, the following settlement policy will apply:

Points Rummy Games

For cancelled Points Rummy Games, the table balance of each player will be restored to the amount at the beginning of the game and credited back to their account. This applies also if collusion or cheating is detected, along with any further action deemed necessary.

Pool Rummy Games

For cancelled Pool Rummy Games, the sum of all entry fees (minus Rummy's service charge) from players eliminated before the cancellation round will be equally distributed among remaining players. If collusion or cheating is detected, entry fees will be refunded to other players, and appropriate actions will be taken against offenders.

Tournaments

For Free Entry Promotional Tournaments, the Rummy Operations Team may choose one of the following settlement options:

Void the Tournament

The tournament will be cancelled, and any entry tickets used by players will be returned.

Settle Prizes Only for the Current Round

The prize pool for the cancelled round will be equally distributed among players qualifying from the last completed round. If tickets are to be awarded as prizes, qualifiers from the last round will receive them.

Settle Prizes for All Future Rounds

The prize pool for all remaining rounds will be equally distributed among players qualifying from the last completed round. Tickets as prizes will be given to qualifiers from the last round.

Win Tournaments

From the entry fee pool, Rummy will collect a service charge only from the entry fees of eliminated players up to the last completed round. The remaining amount will be distributed equally among qualifiers from the last round. Tickets as prizes will be awarded accordingly.

Deals Rummy Games

For cancelled Deals Rummy Games, the entry fees (minus Rummy's service charge) from players eliminated before the cancellation round will be equally distributed among remaining players. In cases of collusion or cheating, entry fees will be refunded to other players, and action will be taken against offenders as necessary.

When a customer is eligible for a refund, the standard processing time is typically communicated as 2-3 business days. Once the refund request is processed, the customer can expect to receive their refunded amount within this timeframe.
