For cancelled Points Rummy Games, the table balance of each player will be restored to the amount at the beginning of the game and credited back to their account. This applies also if collusion or cheating is detected, along with any further action deemed necessary.
For cancelled Pool Rummy Games, the sum of all entry fees (minus Rummy's service charge) from players eliminated before the cancellation round will be equally distributed among remaining players. If collusion or cheating is detected, entry fees will be refunded to other players, and appropriate actions will be taken against offenders.
For Free Entry Promotional Tournaments, the Rummy Operations Team may choose one of the following settlement options:
The tournament will be cancelled, and any entry tickets used by players will be returned.
The prize pool for the cancelled round will be equally distributed among players qualifying from the last completed round. If tickets are to be awarded as prizes, qualifiers from the last round will receive them.
